Welcome to Coloring Book. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coloring Book mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Dedaldev DOO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Service Description

Coloring Book is a mobile application that provides digital coloring pages for relaxation and creativity. The Service offers:

• A library of coloring page designs across various categories
• Digital coloring tools and brushes
• Free coloring pages accessible to all users
• Premium coloring pages unlockable with tokens
• Weekly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions for unlimited access
• Token packs for unlocking individual premium pages
• Export and sharing capabilities

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Tokens: Token packs are non-refundable and do not expire. Tokens are used to unlock premium coloring pages.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Colored Artwork: You retain all ownership rights to the colored artwork you create using the Service. You may use your colored creations for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, original coloring page designs, templates, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any coloring page designs or other content from the Service without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• Any unused tokens or remaining subscription time may be forfeited.
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
