Welcome to Coloring Book ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Dedaldev DOO ("Company") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, username, and profile details if you create an account.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, coloring pages viewed, time spent, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers (with your consent on iOS), and mobile network information.
• Payment Information: Transaction details processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Track your unlocked coloring pages and premium status.
• Improve and personalize your experience.
• Process transactions and send related information.
• Send promotional communications (with your consent).
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Analytics, Tracking, and Third-Party Services

We use analytics and third-party services to understand how users interact with our Service, improve user experience, and manage subscriptions. These services may collect information about your device and usage patterns.

Analytics Providers:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): Collects usage data, app events, and device information to help us understand how users interact with the Service.

Subscription Management:

• RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives a unique user identifier to track subscription status and purchase history. RevenueCat does not receive your payment details, which are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Advertising Identifiers:

On iOS devices, we may request access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. This identifier may be used by our analytics providers for attribution purposes (understanding how users discovered our app). You can decline this request when prompted, or change your preference at any time in your device settings. We do not use IDFA for targeted advertising or share it with advertising networks.

You can opt out of analytics tracking through your device settings or by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account information: Retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
• Usage data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes.
• Unlocked pages: Associated with your account until deletion.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service, including:
  • Cloud hosting providers (for data storage)
  • Analytics providers (Firebase Analytics)
  • Subscription management (RevenueCat)
  • Payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play)
  • Authentication services (Firebase Authentication)
  All service providers operate under data-processing agreements and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks for targeted advertising purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls.
• Payment processing that adheres to PCI-DSS standards.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your Coloring Book account and associated data at any time. Here's how to request account deletion:

What happens when you delete your account:

• Immediately deleted: Your profile information (name, email, author name), authentication credentials, and unlocked pages data.
• Immediately deleted: Your app preferences and settings.
• Retained for legal/financial purposes: Purchase transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
• Third-party data: Your subscription data managed by RevenueCat will be deleted according to their data retention policy. Analytics data is anonymized.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is designed to be family-friendly. However, users under 13 years of age should use the Service under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete it immediately in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Serbia, where our company is located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
